Community and education was 10/10. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and event went to school and graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and yet The content in this class was brand new to me! I’ve spent so much time working out my core but was never truly working it to its full potential! Learning how to engage my transverse woke up muscles in my core. I didn’t know existed. I’ve had a strong core with even a couple of abs that make an appearance but could never rid of my lower belly fat. This class has made the biggest impact on my lower belly section. Such miracle training! Plus I can’t say enough about how encouraging and empowering the community was.
This was a more than necessary experience for me. It gave me the chance to reset with myself and try a new challenge that was physical and mental. It allowed me to take time for myself and to also build a community amongst women going through some of the same things in their life. I loved the oppurtunity to grow and to meet new people and create some lasting relationships.

I was in a car accident last year, every doctor, PT, chiro, acupuncturist and everyone in between told me I need to stregthen my core. I didn’t know the first place to start besides planks and a workouts on Youtube. They don’t tell you the proper form through. I didn’t know that until Katies class when she showed us how to use transverse. 2 weeks into the program, I haven’t had ANY back or neck pain which is unheard of for me. I also have scoliosis and my posture is getting better. Besides feeling better physically, I feel more confident in a bathing suit now or just a sports bra and leggings.

Taking on the Core Challenge with Katie has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined before showing up on Day 1. Katie has the gift of bringing women (& men) together & reminding them that their bodies are beautiful & that they also are capable of improving how they feel about their body if they want to. After being an athlete my whole life, Katie was the first coach to teach me how to get results in my core. She was able to correct my form in a way that no trainer ever has & it was in the most efficient & effective way. On top of the strength & condifence I’ve gained working with Katie I gained so much more by signing up for this challenge. Katie made this group a place for all of us to open up, laugh & cry together & I am so grateful for being part of this community she has created. Knowledge, sould growth & positive support is all part of the program. Thank You, Katie!!
