THE 8-WEEK CORE CHALLENGE

If you are looking for personalized fitness coaching that is interactive, educational, and fun, Katie’s 8-Week Core Challenge just might be for you.

Learn how to transform your core using your transverse muscle. This muscle corsets around your core, giving you that coveted hourglass shape. During her 8-Week challenge, you will trim your waistline, discover a new part of yourself, gain more confidence, and challenge
yourself to level up.

Most women start to see results in as little as 3 weeks!

The Core Challenge is held both in person or online and you will receive personalized coaching with Katie, access to online videos, and workout classes. You will also be mentored by eight other women who have already completed the program who will hold you accountable and provide you with encouragement and advice.

This challenge is limited to 15 women and is set to launch in January 2022.
